At Orbeto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please read our refund policy to understand the conditions and timeframe for requesting a refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds will not be processed for items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

How to Request a Refund

If you’re eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the refund.
  3. Return the Item: After receiving approval, return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipping charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • For Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed to the original card within 7 business days, but it may take up to 10-15 business days for the amount to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • For UPI/Net Banking Payments: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Items on sale or clearance (unless faulty)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damaged product. We will either replace the item within 7 days or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
